Some rumors detail P-OLED screen, five cameras and Snadragon 845
As we get closer and closer to the end of the year, more details about the top new smartphones for the second half of 2018 are starting to emerge.
In addition to Apple, Huawei and Google, LG must finally present its flagship V line with nothing more than five full-body cameras and the design still similar to previous models.
Leaker Steve Hommerstoffer (@OnLeaks on Twitter) leaked the LG V40 less than a week ago, revealing all the design details in high-quality renders, as well as a video showing all sides of the phone. Now it seems that we have new information about the system of the device!
According to the latest information, the V line will continue to give full focus to its cameras and extremely advanced software, proof of this is the diversity of lenses on the three rear cameras: they will be 12 MP, 16 MP and 12 MP sensors with different characteristics: one of them, which has not been specified) will have a telephoto lens and another will maintain the wide-angle of previous models, with which LG intends to make users have all the necessary equipment for any situation

On the front, LG will implement two sensors to perform more advanced facial unlocking than its previous smartphones and also apply Portrait Mode to selfies more naturally. There would be two sensors for this: one of 8 MP and another of 5 MP.
LG will also be able to continue implementing the excellent sound quality in its V line with the new model arriving with Boombox stereo speakers and Audio Quad DAC.
Regarding the hardware, the information does not disappoint:
Snapdragon 845, 6 GB of RAM and variants of 64 GB and 128 GB of internal memory complete the power of the device and ensure that it has nothing less than the essentials to compete with the smartphone market of high performance.
The battery may not receive many improvements compared to the previous model, since the V40 will have a cell with a capacity of 3,300 mAh.
The V40 would arrive with the new P-OLED technology screen manufactured by LG Displays itself and with a size of 6.4 inches in the 19.5: 9 ratio and Quad HD + resolution. In addition, it is very likely that the flagship will land on the market with the latest version of Google's operating system, Android 9 Pie.
